ELE4ORCE’s online orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Production of ELE4ORCE bespoke jewellery are specified at time of purchase and starts the first business day after the purchase.
Whilst we understand that you want to adorn in your beautiful new jewels as soon as possible, we kindly ask for your patience as Australia Post and DHL are all currently experiencing delays due to the impacts of COVID-19.
OUR SHIPING PROVIDERS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia Post Express Service, delivers within 1-2 business days.
The cost for postage, payable at checkout, is $10AUD.
Orders over $800AUD will receive complimentary express shipping.
For addresses outside of Australia;
DHL Express Service, delivers around 5 business days.
The cost for postage, payable at checkout is $40-$50AUD depending on location, with duties and taxes calculable and payable at checkout. Please note, duties and taxes are respective to your order value and destination country.
Orders over $1000AUD will receive complimentary express shipping.
We deliver to most countries from our Australian site. We offer DHL Worldwide delivery, if your country has a DHL service.
If you require shipping outside of these locations, please contact customer care.
Please note our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package’s entry into your country. Please refer to your country’s government website for more information.
ELE4ORCE is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.
Once your order is placed, an automated email notification will be sent to you; providing a tracking number so you can monitor your consignment’s journey.
Bulky/heavy/multiple items and remote areas may require an additional shipping fee. We will quote you on shipping prior to processing your order if this is the case.
During busy sale and promotion periods, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and dispatched.
Due to the high value of our pieces, our parcels a signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office or holding facility to be collected with photo ID.
Please ensure the details provided at checkout are accurate, as ELE4ORCE cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to input errors. Our shipping providers are trusted services, and as such ELE4ORCE will not refund or replace orders that have been scanned as delivered.
